PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

Pursuant to Article 37 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), Management of the company Pružne građevine d.o.o., at its 1st session held on January 5, 2017, adopted the Decision on appointment of the data protection officer.

Martina Ledinščić, LLB is appointed as the Data Protection Officer.

Task of the data protection officer:

is obliged to keep confidentiality, to take care of the lawfulness of the processing of personal data in terms of compliance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the Regulations on the collection, processing, use, control and protection of personal data published on the Company's bulletin board on May 22, 2018. and other regulations governing the processing of personal data,
alert the head of the personal data collection to the need to apply personal data protection regulations in cases of planning and actions that may affect privacy issues and the protection of personal data,
to acquaint all persons employed in the processing of personal data with their legal obligations for the purpose of protection of personal data,
take care of fulfilling obligations related to the submission of records on personal data files,
enable workers to exercise their right of access to their personal data or to rectify information,
cooperate with the Personal Data Protection Agency regarding the implementation of control over the processing of personal data and
to preserve the confidentiality of all information and data which he / she learns in the performance of his / her duties which continue even after the termination of the duties of the personal data protection officer.
